January seems so long ago. The post-holiday motivation you felt then may not be as strong now. Your new running shoes may not be so shiny. And your fitness goals may no longer feel so urgent.
Let’s face it: Staying committed to a fitness habit and to your own health and well-being is difficult. And right about now — 4ish months after you made your New Year’s resolutions — it’s very common for fitness members to start to show up a little less.

But you are not a normal fitness member! You are not a statistic! You have a support system to help you stay committed and motivated … even if you don’t realize it.
We are here to support you, boost your motivation, and nurture your connection to the community that is GfM. That’s because your commitment to your health and well-being is important to us. We want you to take time for you, to find balance, to get strong and to feel good within your body.
GfM steps up in the right moment
How can we help you feel more committed and motivated, you ask? Our summer program is going to be new and very exciting, and it’s a perfect way to set some new goals. It’s a program for new and continuing members. It’ll make commitment a little easier.
The workouts are going to be a lot of fun as usual, but shorter. The weather is going to challenge our bodies, make us sweat like hell, and our minds will fill with the desire to enjoy outdoor activities. That’s why we have decided to make our active routine quicker to maintain perseverance in the summer months.
