Postpartum workouts


The “Postpartum Workouts” is a 8-weeks on demand Fitness Program with 3 workouts + 1 stretching session a week that will guide you in rehabbing your core while exercising with fun and engaging strength conditioning workouts. 

What you will get: 

  • 32 Video - recordings to play whenever you want

  • A building up course that will lead you through your Postpartum rehab

  • Pelvic Muscles and ABS tips and advice for a safe but fun recovery

At the end of the course you’ll be able to:

  • Join your favorite fitness program or start to work with me at Giorgia fitMindset 

  • Set further fitness goals 

  • Try to hike and then run, bike, ski, crossfit and more

Throughout the program, I will be by your side, guiding you through each step and offering modifications tailored to your needs. I believe that fitness should be enjoyable, so expect a blend of sweat and smiles as we support each other through this journey.
