Giorgia's Teaching Method: Building a Quarterly Program for Winter, Summer, and Fall

It all started with a friend asking to work out together during the first week of the pandemic. We were all locked up, lost, and bored at home. That's when Giorgia fitMindset was born - a program designed to help people create new routines, learn to take a break, recharge their energy, relieve stress, and fight excesses. Workouts are just one of the tools we use to take time and create space for self-care. Establishing an active routine helps feed our inner body and mind needs.

As a fitness coach, nothing makes me happier than leading people to wellness. I love pushing my friends to surpass their limits and seeing the satisfaction on their faces. That's why I create different schedules and surprise my students with variety, making our days more fun.

Personalization is key, and I take pride in creating workouts and exercises that can be adjusted to every individual's needs. In my classes, I provide two or three different modifications for every exercise, starting at a lower level and gradually increasing intensity.

To help people improve their fitness levels, I offer a well-organized program that runs for quarters: Winter, Summer, and Fall. We start at a low to medium level of intensity in January, May, and September, upgrading every six weeks until we're pushing ourselves to the max by the end of the quarter. This structure allows everyone to set their own goals and track their progress along the way. 

Strength Conditioning Workouts

Giorgia fitMindset workouts are the ultimate total body strength conditioning classes. With a blend of strength and cardio components, except for the plank sessions, you'll get a full-body workout every time. All you need are two dumbbells or kettlebells and an elastic band, along with some simple household items to replace the gym equipment.

Our hour-long classes start with a 5-10 minute warm-up, followed by the weekly challenge where we set a target exercise to repeat every day. The challenge gradually intensifies throughout the week and culminates in a longer, more difficult goal on Friday. After the challenge, we dive into 3-4 big circuits with each circuit divided into 2-3 rounds, providing a diverse range of exercises for every muscle group. We finish with a relaxing 5-10 minutes of stretching.

As a part of our teaching program, we gently increase the repetitions for strength exercises and the intensity of cardio intervals each quarter, ensuring that our workouts continue to push you physically and mentally. Whether you're a beginner or a pro, there's something for everyone in our classes.

I believe what sets Giorgia FitMindset apart is that we don't make excuses for not showing up. I'm on Zoom every day, ready for my students to show up for themselves. That's how I teach them to create their own unique space and comfort zone, where they can relieve stress, recharge energy, and fight off excess.

Our teaching membership offers first-level (2)accountability with a weekly live schedule that's standard and dependable. You know I'll be waiting to sweat with you. And if the live routine doesn't fit your schedule or if there's a sudden change, you can always workout on demand and make it work based on your own needs.

Our live schedule in Mountain Time includes

Monday: 6am - 10am - 6pm

Tuesday: 6am - 11am - 6pm

Thursday: 6am - 10am - 6pm

Friday: 6am  

Plus, we also offer in-person classes every Friday from 5 - 6pm at @frontrangejudo Boulder.

We don't stop there. Every Sunday, we share the weekly schedule on social media and on WhatsApp messaging groups. And at the beginning of the month, as a teaching student, you receive an email with all the Google links to follow the program on demand. You'll also get one stretching session a week to help you learn the importance of a good active recovery session.
