Initial Coaching Call. The first coaching call is like a first date. You'll feel those fluttery butterflies in your stomach, but the moment my camera turns on, you'll see that I feel them too. It's the first step in our professional relationship that will help you achieve your life goals. You'll feel at ease and heard because not only am I like you, but my Italian soul exudes empathy.
Initial Questionnaire. You'll be invited to take a moment and reflect on your personal and profound needs. With our questionnaire, we'll gain a better understanding of what you're searching for and how I can assist you in achieving it.
Quarterly Personal Evaluation. The Personal Evaluation comprises a few body measurements and three achievement circuits. These steps are carefully crafted to monitor your progress, celebrate your triumphs, and provide a clear picture of your journey. We repeat this process every four months to ensure that you're on track towards your goals. It's a deeply personal step that you'll take on your own, following recorded instructions and submitting forms.
Quarterly Goals setting. At Giorgia fitMindset, we strive to infuse sparkle and joy into your active routine. Based on your aspirations and lifestyle, we'll guide you in setting your own goals to keep you highly motivated. Our Personal Evaluation is designed to be extra personal and tailored to your unique needs. That's why your goals can span across all areas, from "I want to establish a consistent workout routine, showing up three times a week" to "I'm aiming to run a half-marathon in six months" or "I want to shape my thighs." So, don't hold back - make it as personal as you desire!
Review and Personal advice & tips. Once I collect all your measurements, circuits, and quadrimester goals, it's my turn to do the work. I compare your numbers with your previous evaluation (or if it's your first, I conduct a body composition analysis). All of this helps me to support you in creating the best, personalized active plan.
Based on your goals, I focus on the areas that matter most, whether it's body shape, nutrition, scheduling, motherhood, and beyond. I can suggest additional exercises to target specific areas of your body or provide a nutrition plan complete with easy, fast, and portable recipes. I can even help you revamp your schedule to accommodate your new active lifestyle.
Every step is a collaborative effort because the only way to make lasting changes is to believe in them together.
