Let’s plan!
We all know that leading a healthy lifestyle requires commitment and dedication, but it can be difficult to know where to start. That's where the GfM coaching program comes in! Whether you're just starting your fitness journey or you're a new mom looking to stay active during pregnancy and postpartum, GfM coaching has programs designed to help you prioritize your health and fitness.
If you decide to join the GfM coaching program, you’ll be asked to set your personal goals for the quarter and on those we’ll work together. The most popular are usually: organization, nutrition and pregnancy and post-partum. Today, let’s talk about Organization and Nutrition.
Organization:
The key to joining my workouts is all in the planning. Together, we'll review your schedule, work, family, and appointments to find the golden hour that will become your fitness commitment.
Whether it's online, offline, or in-person,2 or 5 times a week, we'll tailor a plan that fits your needs and goals.
Organizing your life can take a month or even years, but testing various strategies will lead you to a life where you are the top priority. Don't give up - the journey to an organized life is worth it! Everyone responds differently to fitness: some need a tough and relentless approach, while others thrive with a gentle and gradual method. That's where I come in - to help you discover your personal path to an active lifestyle!
After organizing your life, the ultimate achievement is making workouts your comfort zone; a place where you can fulfill your inner needs. You'll wake up each morning craving that personal hour of sweat and satisfaction. I know it sounds impossible, but trust me, we'll get there soon!
Nutrition:
Carbs Farm is the unique Italian Meal plan strategy that will teach you how to be efficient in the kitchen while making delicious and healthy meals following quick and easy recipes.
At Carbs Farm, one of the main elements of the GfM coaching program, you’ll also become aware of the food around you, learning how to make healthier choices and recognise low glycemic index food and processed foods.
When you are a coaching student enrolled in carbs farm your quarter goal is to learn how to prepare healthy and efficient meals. You are going to cook twice a week or a bit everyday and you’ll get one new recipe a week. On your fridge there will be a list of food that you need to prioritize when making a hungry food decision and you’ll slowly appreciate the time spent in the kitchen.
