  • Mondays: Total Body - Inner Thigh Focus (6am - 10am)

  • Tuesdays: Total Body - Core Focus (6am - 11am)

  • Wednesdays: Stretching Session (6am - 10am)

  • Thursdays: Tabata - HIIT (6am - 10am)

  • Fridays: Total Body - Defined Muscles (6am & 4.30pm In-Person at Judo Gym)

Giorgia FitMom - Pregnancy and Postpartum workouts and more: Fitness Tailored to Motherhood For all the incredible mothers out there, we're excited to introduce Giorgia FitMom – a specialized coaching program designed to cater to the unique fitness needs of moms.
