I went from being an athlete to become pregnant, then competing at 2 months postpartum, feeling alone during my workouts without knowing where I was going. I ran a half marathon at 7 months postpartum, and I went skiing at 5 weeks post-labor. These are just some of the reasons why I want to be there for you! Through the "Mom Coaching" Membership, I aim to be your trusted companion through every step of this incredible journey. I am here to support you from pregnancy to postpartum and beyond.

Pregnancy Support: During pregnancy, I'll be your guiding light, helping you stay active and strong while understanding the changes your body undergoes. With tailored workouts and expert advice, you'll exercise safely and intelligently, maintaining a positive mindset throughout.

Post Labor Rehabilitation: The early postpartum period is delicate, and I'll prioritize your rest and recovery as we gently rehabilitate your body. Together, we'll navigate this transition as you adjust to your new role as a mother.

Regaining Confidence: When you're ready to resume your fitness journey, I'll guide you through our carefully designed building-up program. We'll establish a new family routine while rebuilding your confidence in your postpartum body.

After years of struggling with my new body, I have learned how to make the best of it. Applying all my studies to my students has proven that there is only one way to fully recover from postpartum, and it's by respecting our bodies that transform during pregnancy and the rehabilitation process, working around injuries, and waiting for the healing process to allow us to train as we like once again.
