active routine
The fitMindset.
What is easier, laying on the couch or working out? I truly believe that what helps answer this question is a well-established routine. Being active has plenty of physical and mental benefits. The main problem is how to be active, and where to find the magic potion that leads to the motivation to exercise.
In my opinion the key is the routine! Once sports conditioning classes, runs, walks, bike rides or hikes become part of the timetable we stop thinking about it and we just start doing it. At the beginning it can be hard but as soon you get used to the active lifestyle you will only enjoy it’s benefits. That’s the fitMindset that Giorgia promotes. The importance of the personal commitment that listens to the personal need of taking care of yourself.
No more excuses.
How we establish a long - lasting and active routine? The first step to establish the active routine is to face and juggle all the barriers. What are your excuses? “I don’t have enough time, I have to work, I have to take care of the kids, I am tired and need to rest, I have to do my housework” I totally understand! When ambitious people like you get married, have kids or have brilliant careers, they think they do not have the time to exercise.
Why we need a long - lasting active routine? Everyone needs to train, it’s the best way to take care of yourself. We make better humans, partners and parents if we are also committed to taking care of ourselves. One hour of workout can help you recharge your energy, relieve our stress all while making you happier and more confident with your body. This will reflect on your relationship with everyone around you!
This is what GfM is all about! Train your body & Relax your mind!
Everyday Sports Conditioning.
I like sports conditioning workouts because they are challenging. I have always been in love with sports conditioning workouts. I still have memories of my first workout with our Judo team personal trainer. I was 14 years old and we started to take one session of sports conditioning every month. In the sport’s history, it took time for sports conditioning and personal trainers to be understood, accepted and appreciated for their roles. Nowadays, it’s common for athletes to have sports conditioning sessions in their routines.
The main benefit of sports conditioning is that it’s balanced and varied. Every single muscle can be trained and within different areas: strength, endurance, speed and agility. Conditioning our bodies in this way first strengthens our muscular system, which prevents injuries on our skeletal system and joint pain. Second, it keeps our cardiovascular system healthy and improves our immune system.
Giorgia fitMindset Sports Conditioning sessions are also approachable for everyone. I always provide tiered modifications for the exercises in order to support everyone’s personal needs. This is the best way to establish a long lasting active routine that respects your body and mind’s needs.
