Giorgia fitMindset workouts are strength conditioning sessions on zoom or offline. The classes are medium-high intensity workouts, blending body weight and resistance training with aerobic drills to improve overall speed, agility, balance, and endurance. GfM is a fitness workout routine that aims to facilitate and encourage people to build a lasting active lifestyle.
The two most important things to know about GfM are:
1. We are a community that respects our body’s and mind’s needs. We are all about stress relief, good nutritional habits and a sustainable activity routine. It’s a lifestyle that simply feels good!
2. We must all SHOW-UP. This is how you will feel the accomplishment of having made it, of finding time to take care of yourself

A community of ambitious people.
I plan the workouts and coach you every step of the way. Life can be busy and though but if you are an ambitious person you belong here. All you need to do is set aside your excuses and show up.
In our current world, humans are facing many struggles. Some couldn’t even stand in front of a mirror because they don’t accept their bodies. Others are incapable of stress relief. On top of that, there are people that are not satisfied with themselves but they don’t find a way to deal with their problems. On the other side of the spectrum, there are ex-athletes that at a certain point of their lives are lost because they are not athletes anymore and they can not find the right way to exercise. Regardless what type of activity they do, they need to do very specific exercises in order to improve their performances in their specific sports.
These are all the people for which Giorgia fitMindset exits! That’s the key that I introduce to you for an active lifestyle. You just need to SHOW UP.

It just takes a few steps. Open zoom and turn on the camera! Bring your stress, energy, problems, bad and good feelings and even your kids, friends and partner to the class. At GfM all are welcome! I will lead you through the workout and I will help you burn calories, build strength and improve your endurance!
I am totally aware that sometimes it’s harder to find the will to exercise because it’s human nature to choose easier and more enjoyable things like chilling on the couch and watching a movie! Or because, after a long day at work and with the kids, you feel exhausted and drained.
However, after you SHOW UP you will be more proud of yourself because you will feel the accomplishment of having made it, of finding time to take care of yourself, of respecting your body and mind’s needs. When you are going to skip a class remember the great feelings at the end of the class! Remind yourself that you are not going to waste time, because when SHOW UP you don’t only train your body but also your mind. Exercising is the best way to recharge your energy! Even when you are busy, you have a work-study deadline or when you are on mom’s duty give a big hug to yourself and SHOW UP! I will be there for you and I will help you to feel awesome in less than one hour.
